warning: my only knowledge of high school is from cliché American “coming of age” films where everyone’s on “spring break” and get drunk, do drugs, but go through life changing experiences and there’s always ONE character who starts the movie with frizzy hair and glasses but gets contacts and a straightener by the end of the movie and they’re hot af. so sorry if this is a cheesy, inaccurate representation of actual high school students

Jin: hellooo class president. not only is he v responsible and a genuinely nice guy, wanting only the best for everyone, he’s also hella hot. like even teachers blush a little when he smiles at them. he’s the boy that parents want their kids to marry. his grades aren’t amazing but also not bad. A+ in home ec though. everyone is surprised that he’s friends with 3 loud boys, a perv and a slacker
Suga: he’s the slacker, if you’re wondering. sleeps through class, wakes up briefly for lunch to complain or smoke weed, then back to sleep again during class. no one knows how but he does pretty well grade wise, considering he spends most of his life sleeping. has a foul mouth that seokjin chastises him for but he dgaf
J-Hope: studies really hard but still barely passes, completely stresses over exams and when he’s
close to a breakdown, best friend and crush Tae is there to calm him down and make him smile his sunshine smile. them two, plus Jimin, are friends with everyone and
make the mood for every class or party. hobi was voted as the loudest in the whole school
Rap Monster: no surprises here; he’s the perv. and a total fuckboy. not as much as he pretends to be but still. blames his “lame” friends for holding him back from becoming a supreme lady killer. usually ditches them at parties to hit on girls and always tries to convince them into threesomes (it’s his dream, okay). skips class all the time to do underground music or smoke behind the school, which he only started doing bc this rlly hot 2cool4u chick with a tattoo smokes there (he tells his friends she’s totally into him but that’s debatable). is really smart though, has a higher IQ than even the teachers and everyone hates him for it
Jimin: troublemaker and moodmaker, with his besties V and Hobi. used to be
that “chubby friend” who was super nice but never lucky with girls then BOOM,
came back one year after summer with muscles and a six pack. but as they say, “once
a fat kid, always a fat kid” so he doesn’t even realise when he’s being hit on and
Namjoon is like “dude??” but Jimin swears “she’s just a nice girl who I’m friends w bc ppl are awesome and amazing. what do you mean she’s thirsty? did she want some water?” and doesn’t
understand why Namjoon storms off. his obliviousness and obsession with jungkook leads to rumours (truth?) that they’re dating
V: weird kid that knows EVERYONE. super friendly though and never judges. spaces out a lot, esp when he’s looking at a certain someone ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) *wink wink* and struggles with passing his classes. he’s not a dedicated student at all. he doesn’t do his homework and shows up to exams with no study done bc he’s just spent 14 straight hours binge watching some shitty drama. always looses his things. the “lost and found” is renamed “tae’s shit”
Jungkook: drives the noona’s crazy. even the female teachers swoon over him. wants to be called “oppa” even though he’s a baby. a sport enthusiast, who’s part of every sports team/club their school offers and is well on his way to becoming captain of them all. not bad intellectually but sucks at english because he doesn’t study enough. everyone expects him to be a womaniser but he’s actually v shy and inexperienced around girls so he tends to stick close to chimchim when the opposite sex is around
btw, everyone in school ships vhope and jikook and tries so hard to get them together but they’re all so oblivious and dumb and everyone’s annoyed :/
Y/N: I'm going to ask Jimin to prom.
Jungkook: Why would you want to go to prom with Jimin?
Y/N: Why wouldn't I? He's CHIM. Cute, Hot, Irresistible and Masculine.
Jungkook: No, he's CHIM, Crazy Hyper Insane Man. Also, Y/N I thought you knew that I, you know?
Y/N: ...you what?
Jungkook: Umm, well, that I like--
Jimin leans on the doorway, running his CHIM hands through his hair.
Jimin: Hey Y/N...
Y/N: Jimin! Oh my God, how long have you been standing there.
Jimin: Well I heard you're going to ask me to prom, if that's what you're asking.
He strides over to Y/N and gets down on one knee.
Jimin: So before you do that, it's about time I prompose....
Jimin is so CHIM, pulling out a red rose from literally nowhere, but who cares, this is romantic AF. But not for Jungkook;
Jungkook's Brain: NOOOOOOO!!
Jungkook: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Y/N and Jimin are startled, they look at Jungkook inquisitively.
Jimin:-- To Jungkook. Kookie, do me the honor of going to prom with me?
Jimin hands the rose to Jungkook who grabs it and wraps his arms around Jimin.
Jungkook: Of course Jiminie, I was so scared you were going to ask Y/N!
Jimin: Never.
Jungkook and Jimin laugh together, embracing while Y/N quietly slips out of the room.
Y/N: Did, not see that coming.
A/N: I did.
